Charlestown District Cricket Club Hosts NRMA Community Cricket Day at Kahibah Oval
Charlestown District Cricket Club is excited to invite the cricket community to a day of fun, celebration, and cricketing action at the NRMA Community Cricket Day, set to take place on Sunday, 19th January at Kahibah Oval.
In collaboration with the NDCA City of Newcastle Summer Bash, this event promises to be a highlight of the season, featuring a variety of activities for all ages. The day will include music, dancing, drumming, and an exhibition Tape Ball game at 12pm, showcasing some of the best in local cricket talent.
For young cricketers, the club is offering free junior coaching clinics at 9am and 10am, as well as a free Introduction to Cricket session at 10am, providing an excellent opportunity for children to develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.

The free junior coaching clinics and Intro to Cricket session are open to young players from all clubs and are designed to encourage the next generation of cricketers.
